Muntu Studio LLC ("we", "us", "our") is fundamentally committed to digital inclusion, diversity, and ensuring that our digital experiences, including "muntu-studio.com" (collectively, the "Services"), are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technical ability or impairment.

We actively look to align our digital touchpoints with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA conformance standards.

We firmly believe the web should be accessible to anyone. In our ongoing development phase, Muntu Studio LLC is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. Partially conformant means that while the core infrastructure and majority of our user journeys meet high accessibility patterns, some fringe elements or specific legacy structures may not yet fully comply with every strict technical metric.


2. Accessibility Core Frameworks Implemented

As a forward-thinking design studio, we prioritize accessibility at the foundational architecture level. The following active design patterns have been systematically applied across our ecosystem:

  • Color Contrast & Visual Hierarchy: All primary text, interface elements, and brand components are strictly engineered to meet or exceed the mandatory WCAG contrast ratios for optimal legibility.

  • Alternative Text Imagery (Alt Text): Meaningful alternative text descriptions are embedded within critical functional images, case studies, and corporate graphics to support screen-reader technologies.

  • Advanced ARIA Labeling (Screen Readers): We utilize descriptive aria-label attributes across interactive controls, navigation components, and non-text link elements to ensure screen-reader users receive unambiguous context and verbal clarity.

  • Logical Keyboard Navigation (Focus Order): Interactive modules, menus, and subscription prompts are mapped structurally to ensure that users navigating solely via the "Tab" key can fluidly traverse the page in a predictable, intuitive visual flow.


3. Known Limitations & Continuous Improvement Plan

Despite our rigorous internal review, digital accessibility is an iterative process. We are constantly auditing our platform. The following limitations are currently recognized, with roadmap optimizations underway:

  • Dynamic Animations: Certain structural interactions or micro-animations designed to showcase our creative portfolio might lack instant pause mechanisms for users with motion sensitivities.

  • Legacy Media: Specific older visual assets, exploratory web designs, or third-party archived case studies may lack exhaustive structural tagging.

  • Continuous Optimization: We dedicate recurring design sprints to progressively remediate these elements, updating our codebases to enhance semantic structural compliance over time.


4. Third-Party Ecosystem Limitations

Muntu Studio LLC designs and operates its digital framework using world-class third-party visual engines and processing platforms, including but not limited to Webflow, Framer, Stripe, and Trello.

  • While we maximize the accessible configuration of these components, Muntu Studio LLC does not possess operational control over the underlying core source code or native keyboard architectures of these external systems.

  • Consequently, Muntu Studio LLC cannot guarantee absolute compliance within third-party checkouts, external hosting script frames, or client-side platform widgets and explicitly disclaims liability for accessibility barriers originating from these vendors.
